First try to pinpoint the problem and transfer the results in the usual way; or pick them manually from Results in the TD menu if everything else fails.
WIFI n/a The remedy depends on if ALL tables have this problem.
All tables: Restart the router, c.f. communication memo.
Not all tables: Check the WiFi settings on the tablet(s) with unsent results.
INCORRECT NETWORK Go to the tablet's settings and select the network that was used at start.
BT ADMIN n/a Check that: i. BT Admin is running ii. The PC is connected to the same WiFi network as at the start. iii. The tablet has connected to the IP that BT Admin shows. c.f. BT Admin's IP. iv. Restart Scoring from BOS if the aforementioned does not help.
BSC n/a The feedback at the end contains a lot of data so it can be that the control software is busy, or you face a real communication problem.
If ALL tables have the same problem: i. Check that BSC has not been stopped (the button show Stop in BSC's upper right corner). ii. Restart scoring from BOS.
