Run session

You need not be alarmed if a table´s row contains orange cells during the session. But when the session is finished all cells MUST be white (or some results will not be considered by the scoring software).

The standard remedy is to bring the tablet that has not communicated closer to the WiFi base, and initiate upload of the results from there. See the no communication page if that does not help.

HOW TO RECOVER
There is always a way to put things right, but you need to understand the situation when things have gone wrong. Generally speaking you should:

i. Check if there are results in the BridgeTabs that you do not find in BTC. And, if so, take photo(s) of the results in BT’s TD menu.

ii. Use Resend results to syncronize the BridgeTab(s) that are not in sync with the BTC.

iii. Re-enter any results (according to the first point) that are lost in the process.

Use VIEW/Logged results and the photos as a last resort if it has got totally out of hand.
