The recommendation is to buy a licence on the computer needing it to run BridgeTabs. See buying for another PC and dongle, respectively.
Be careful to enter the desired club name as it will appear on the tablets. The name in the newest licence will supersede names in older licences.
You will need to reconfirm that you want the licence for the entered club name and for the PC currently in use.
When you are done, i.e. when you see the licence code in the browser, you will need to activate the licence before it can be used.
