Poor feeding

TOP UP THE HOPPER
The poor feeding message indicates that the machine failed to feed the bottom card in the hopper.

Our general advice is that you should have at least four decks in the hopper when you start a duplication.

Check that the bottom card is not damaged or bent if you get this message with topped up hopper.

Mk II BridgeSorter
The blue roller is probably "lubricated" by dirt (from the cards) if you get the poor feeding message repeatedly. c.f. the Service instruction.

Continue
We suggest that you lift the stack and then drop it before Continue.

POOR FEEDING; Retry
Note that you need to put all the distributed cards back into THE BOTTOM OF the hopper before retrying..
