OTHER BARCODE TYPE
You should only use the procedure outlined below when told so by the support team
1. Go to System/Owner & Hardware settings.
Select Duplimate Mk V
and click the Settings button.
2. Copy the (nonsense) string that appears in the dialog.
3. Edit the parameters as instructed by the Help Desk (Support) team.
4. Copy the string that you got from support@duplimate.com and paste the code it into the Hardware settings dialog (p.1 above).
NOTE
The entered settings will be replaced by the default ditto when you leave the Other alternative.
You only have to do step 5 if you would get a scrambled string from Support.
