The message to the right should be self explanatory.
It can also happen that you get a message telling that Failed to integrate score database. That indicates that a database is found, but cannot be used. You should check that the database is not locked by another application. Note that you must FIRST start BTC and then any other application(s) using the database.
Please send the database in question to support, if you cannot solve the problem yourself.
