The message Database not found is shown when the database is either not created, or misplaced. See the manual and/or the BOSﾴs Help for more detailed advice on how to start the BridgeTab Control (BTC). |

The message Failed to integrate score database indicates that a database is found, but cannot be used. In most cases BTC tells why. If there is no reason stated in the message (as in the example to the right), then you should check that the database is not locked by another application. Note that you must FIRST start BTC and then any other application(s) using the database. Please send the database in question to support, if you cannot solve the problem yourself.
