Licences can be associated with a dongle or a PC. A dongle can keep up to four licences, whereas you can keep an unlimited number of licences on a PC.
The 5th licence that you associate with a dongle will replace the 1st (the oldest). Normally the oldest licence has expired when this happens.
You will need to contact support@bridgetab.com if you need to buy a 5th licence and do not want to discard any of the existing. The process to combine licences is cumbersome and attracts a service charge of USD 50. The first step is to deactivate the existing licences.

When the licences on the dongle have been erased, you will need to send the deactivation.zip file to support if you want a refund.
