Licences can be associated with a dongle or a PC. A dongle can keep up to four licences, whereas you can keep an unlimited number of licences on a PC.
The 5th licence that you associate with a dongle will replace the 1st (the oldest). Normally the oldest licence has expired when this happens.
You will need to contact support@bridgetab.com if you need to buy a 5th licence and do not want to discard any of the existing. The process to combine licences is cumbersome and attracts a service charge of USD 50.
You will get a code from support opening the message
When the licences on the dongle have been erased, you will need to send the deactivation.zip file to support if you want a refund.
