Press the orange TD button to call the tournament director.
Your call will be confirmed by a message telling your position in the queue.
Try again (press TD anew) if your call would fail.
It can also happen that your call has been registered by the Control Software (running on the PC) but could not be forwarded to the TD. You should call the TD manually if you get a message as the one shown to the right.
LICENCE MISSING OR n/a TD note: You can buy a TD licence via the Licences menu in the Control Software.
