ALL TABLES REDMARKED
The reason why no table become green at start can be:

i. That you have forgotten to Start the game (click F2) in the main interface.
ii. That the BridgeTabs use another network than the PC.
iii. That BridgeTab Admin has been closed, or operates with another IP than the BridgeTabs.

You do not have to guess the reason if the BSC tells you to reconnect the Base station.

NO COMMUNICATION
If no results are communicated and no feedback is available at any table, it is either because you have clicked the Stop button (so that it now shows Start), or the connection between the control program and the BridgeTabs are broken. In the latter case you should study the error message that comes up on one of the BridgeTabs when it fails to connect. This is so because the message will indicate what link in chain BridgeTab - WiFi network - BridgeTab Admin - BridgeScorer Control is broken. See a separate page in case the Start button would not be displayed on the BridgeTabs.

SOME TABLES REDMARKED
The reason why some (but not all) of the tables are redmarked in the grid can be that those tables have a weak signal to the network in use.

We suggest that you bring the unit(s) closer to the WiFi base (the router) and start them from there. They will then run offline until the game is finished. The grid will look as shown in the lower illustration to the right during the session.

When the game has finished you bring the unit(s) back to the WiFi base  to have the results uploaded to the control program.

You should investigate why the table(s) did not connect and change whatever needs to be changed before the next game when things have settled down after the game.

Positioning the WiFi base
You will have the best possible communication when the tables are in direct line of sight with the WiFi base and the base is in the center of the room.

You are advised to use the "Report problem" button in BOS Help menu if you cannot get it right.
