The message Failed to integrate score database indicates that a database is found, but cannot be used. In most cases BSC tells why. If there is no reason stated in the message (as in the example to the right), then you should check that the database is not locked by another application. Note that you must FIRST start BSC and then any other application(s) using the database.
Please send the database in question to support, if you cannot solve the problem yourself.
